| During registration, we will ask you to provide us with information required by Eastern Oregon University in order to become a student of record. Initially, we will email you a confirmation of completion in PDF format. If you require an official transcript, simply let us know via email or phone, and we will put you in touch with Eastern Oregon in order to request your official transcript.
